Plot

Jefftowne is a 1998 documentary filmed and directed by Daniel Kraus, released through Troma Entertainment. It follows Jeff Towne, a 40-year-old man living in Iowa City who copes with Down syndrome, obesity, alcoholism, and poor circulation. Towne is also a pornography enthusiast and shares a home with his 90-year-old adoptive grandmother.
